Your order is not accepted until Art Flow confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return, exchange, or refund solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which includes a 90-day guarantee covering damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores or other online marketplaces. We may run promotions from time to time governed by their own terms; if there's a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy — we cover it under our 90-day guarantee.

Art Flow's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Art Flow. You must not use them without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools; use them entirely at your own risk, and review their own terms before use.

We may offer new features through the Services in the future; these will also be governed by these Terms.

Art Flow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Art Flow. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Art Flow, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Art Flow.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you've read both.

Except as expressly stated by Art Flow — including our 90-day product warranty covered in our Return and Refund Policy — the Services and all products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not fully apply to you.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art Flow, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors — as well as those of Shopify and its affiliates — will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Art Flow, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim; failure to promptly notify will not relieve your obligations unless you're materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, but will not settle in a way that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full effect.
